Mike’s experience in Real Estate encompasses over 25 years and includes experience in construction, real estate sales, loan workouts, REO management and sales, accounting, property management and receiverships. He was employed by HomeFed Bank and Home Savings as a senior asset manager with a portfolio of loans and REO’s throughout the United States.

Mike has focused on real estate management/brokerage and receiverships/REO management in Southern California since leaving Home Savings of America in 1994. Mike has been appointed as receiver over 100 times for various types of income producing properties and for incomplete development projects. He currently owns his own full service real estate company, Calsur Management & Realty, located in San Diego and managing assets throughout Southern California.

Mike is a member of the board of directors for both the San Diego Chapter and the State Board of the California Receiver’s Forum.
