David M. Frank, Court Receiver, has been providing receivership services since 1992 and offers access to an experienced team of management, leasing and marketing professionals. Mr. Frank and his staff provide nationwide Receiver services for shopping centers, multi-family residences, industrial properties, office buildings, senior care facilities, hotels and other commercial properties. He and his team develop a management plan specific to each asset, including distressed properties, so that the owner does not have to deal with tenants, vendors or property emergencies. Mr. Frank’s Receivership Services Unit handles court appearances, preparation of motions and resolution of property issues. Property management services include tenant interviews, rent collection, payables, receivables, account reconciliation and oversight of regular maintenance, repairs and inspections to assure continued quality of the property and buildings in his care.
