The California Receivers Forum is a non-profit organization
formed by interested receivers, attorneys, accountants, real
estate brokers, property managers and other insolvency
professionals with support from the Los Angeles Superior
Court, to address the needs and concerns of receivers, to
facilitate communication between the receivership community
and the courts, and to assist in raising the level of
professionalism of receivers throughout the state.
January 27th's Current Trends in Health and Safety Code Receiverships, presented by the Sacramento Valley Region, was a smashing success, with all attendees hanging on every word from moderator Kevin Collins (Buchalter) and panelists Mike Benner (City of Sacramento, Senior Deputy Attorney); Mike Brumbaugh (State Court Receivers) and Peter Lemos (City of Sacramento, Code & Housing Enforcement Chief). Thank you to all four gentlemen for sharing their time and expertise and thank you to Sacramento Valley Co-Chair Scott Sackett for organizing the presentation. Click here to watch. |
