William Noyer Retires By McFarland, Beverly * Beverly McFarland of the Beverly Group reports from our Sacramento Chapter: Heartfelt appreciation and congratulations to William Noyer, Supervisor, IRS Insolvency Group, 4330 Watt Avenue, M/S 5210, Sacramento, CA 95821, who retired on January 3rd, 2013 after more than 40 years of service to the IRS. His sphere of service extended from San Juaquin County and other counties located within the Northeast side of Northern California to the Oregon border. Mr. Noyer never failed to assist whenever asked about issues pertaining to receiverships and bankruptcies, and he will be greatly missed by all of us in Northern California. His duties will be divided among other revenue officers; however, no replacement has been named at this time. |
