By Muse-Fisher, Michael*
The Honorable Edward B. Moreton is the new
judge in the post-judgment department (Department 44) of the Los Angeles
Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Judge Moreton replaces the
Honorable Mark A. Borenstein, who now sits in Department 35. Judge Moreton
was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on January 3, 2007. Prior
to being appointed, Judge Moreton worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney,
Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice; and started his career
as an associate at Riordan & McKinzie, in Los Angeles. Judge Moreton does

assets to satisfy a $6.7 million judgment, in Jafa-Bodden v. Bikram
Choudhury, et al. *Michael J.
