Dennis Gemberling is president and principal of Perry Group International, a management and consulting services firm specializing in lodging, foodservice, resorts, gaming and mixed-use real estate. He has over 35 years of hospitality industry experience and his educational background includes among other activities a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University and Certificates in Receivership Administration, Procedures & the Law from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.

Since 1985, Mr. Gemberling has provided expertise as an Asset Manager, Receiver, Interim Property Manager and Turnaround Consultant for over 400 clients involving hospitality industry sector businesses and real estate with sales in the $500 thousand to $50 million range and typical values in the $1 million to $75 million range both nationally and internationally. These assets include full-service, convention, boutique and limited-service hotels, extended-stay, all-suites, condo, fractional and timeshare lodging and resorts, independent and chain restaurants, bars and night clubs and related leisure, travel and mixed-use properties.
