Contact: Kyra Browder, [email protected] Richardson Griswold, Esq. | Griswold Receivers | CEO Mr. Griswold was the 2019 Chair/President of the California Receivers Forum and served on its Board of Directors for several years. He also served on the Board of Directors of the San Diego chapter (San Diego Receivers Forum). He is a member of the California State Bar and licensed to practice law in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts in the Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. Mr. Griswold earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and his law degree, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Griswold is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He currently co-owns a property management company in San Diego (Red House Property Management). Gerard Keena | Bay Area Receivers Group | President Amanda Pope, Esq. | Jones Mayer Law | Director of City Receiverships Ms. Pope has dedicated her legal career to representing public entities. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Riverside and in private practice, she represented cities and counties throughout California. Ms. Pope has taught several classes on receiverships and various subjects pertaining to the legal aspects of code enforcement throughout California. This activity has been approved for 1.0 hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education by the State Bar of California. The California Receivers Forum certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for the approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing MCLE. CPA CPE: This Activity qualifies for Participatory Credit in the technical subject area specialized industry as defined in Section 87*. It is the obligation of each licensee to select a course of study, consistent with the requirements of Sections 88, 88.1, and 88.2*, which will contribute directly to professional competence. The Zoom participation log serves in place of signing in on the Record of Attendance and notes total attendance time. Attendees must participate in the live program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit. Partial credit will not be given. |
